Rates and Payment Information:
The Professional ("Pro") engaged under this Schedule A, which forms an integral part of the Racquet Pro Agreement (the "Agreement"), shall be compensated at a fixed rate of $45.00 for each one-hour lesson provided. This rate is non-negotiable and is payable in accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement and this Schedule. The Pro's acceptance of this compensation structure is deemed as agreement to the rates and terms of payment as detailed herein.
Agreement and Consent:
This Schedule A is an essential component of the Racquet Pro Agreement (link in Step 1 above) and is to be executed in conjunction with the Agreement. Upon execution, Schedule A is treated as an integral part of the Agreement, forming a complete and unified document. The execution of this Schedule by the Pro, whether by electronic means or through a physical signature, signifies the Pro's full and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in both this Schedule and the Agreement. It is understood that this Schedule A, together with the Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between The Racquet and the Pro regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
